Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is such an important part of first aid treatment it is included in all of our courses. Part of your training will be performing CPR on a dummy for two minutes the same way you would perform it on a human in a real emergency.
This practical training in the classroom will be two hours long. Before that, there will be an e-learning module to complete and submit in your own time. We find that for most students this takes less than an hour.
This course is the minimum amount of first aid training that will be required by most workplaces when they ask for a worker to be qualified in first aid.
