The same day you complete your training in practical first aid skills delivered by one of our qualified instructors in Brisbane, you will get your statement of attainment via email.
The first step in your Brisbane first aid training will be an online learning module followed up with a multiple-choice quiz that shouldn’t be too challenging with the help of our comprehensive Learner Guide.
With that done, you will begin your training with one of our knowledgeable instructors. With a wealth of real-world experience, they will give you a learning experience that’s both engaging and entertaining, learning first aid skills like CPR and using EPI-pens and automated external defibrillators (AEDs).
Individual venues may require full vaccination status as a condition of entry. Where this is the case, you will be able to enter after showing proof of vaccination status.

Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) makes up part of all our courses, but you can also enrol in this course to learn CPR alone. The in-class component of this course takes two hours, including performing CPR on a dummy for two minutes.
Before this, there is an eLearning component to be completed. This usually takes no more than an hour, but it’s best to allow two and a half hours just in case.
A minimum requirement to be considered first-aid qualified in the workplace, HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid is also the most popular course we offer.
Covered in the course are such first aid skills as following the DRSABCD strategy, performing CPR, using AEDs and asthma inhalers and bandage application, making for an in-person training session that goes for four hours. Before this, there will be a set of readings. The time this will take depends on you, but it’s best to leave six hours.
For you to be recognised as qualified in first aid, you need a qualification from a registered training organisation that’s recognised nationally like First Aid Course Experts (RTO #45654). We are registered with CRICOS so international students are welcome (CRICOS #03884A).
