HLTAID012 – Provide first aid in an education and care setting is geared specifically toward people who have frequent contact with children, like educators, childcare workers and parents and guardians. Six hours should be allowed for the preliminary readings that come with this course, which must be completed before the face-to-face training, although many students finish them more quickly than that. The class session in Gympie will go for five hours.
